Start with "Windows Key + R" you will get a small window in front of desktop. Write "cmd" in the box and click OK.

After you will get the Command Prompt on your screen. At the Command prompt write "ipconfig /flushdns" than click ENTER key and your DNS Cache will be cleared.

Sometimes this doesn't work because you have made a error with your DNS address, so check your DNS address.
